How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page. Here is what shapes them, and how a plan is billed.
What a visit costs depends on a few things. The booking page shows the spa's own prices before you confirm.

How and when you pay
A plan is billed to the card on file once a month, on the day you joined. A single visit is paid when you book or at the desk. Every receipt lists the visits it covers.
Plans: monthly, on the day you joined
Single visits: when you book or at the desk
What the consultation covers
Every visit starts with a short talk. Your therapist or esthetician asks about pressure, areas to leave alone and anything you want us to know that day. A facial begins with a brief skin check.
Deposits
Rhythm takes no deposit. A plan keeps your card on file for its monthly billing, and a single visit is booked without one.
Canceling or running late
For a single visit, tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we'll move it. For a plan, once the first three months are done, 7 days' notice before your next billing date ends it. If you arrive late, we shorten the visit so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Hot stones, a scalp massage or a mask can be added to a visit. We agree it with you before it starts, and it shows on your receipt. A longer visit works the same way.
Tipping
Tips are never added to a bill or a plan. Leave one at the desk or when you pay online if you like; it goes to the person who looked after you.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card works for any amount, for any visit on the menu or toward a plan. The person you give it to books their own time.
