Our policies

What to know before you book. Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page.

Booking and deposits

Book online or call the front desk. Rhythm takes no deposit. A plan keeps your card on file for its monthly billing, and a group of four or more is booked by phone.

Canceling and running late

Tell us at least 24 hours before your time and we'll move it. If you arrive late, we shorten your visit so the next guest isn't kept waiting. A plan member can move a visit to later in the same month.

If you miss an appointment

A plan visit you miss without telling us counts as used for that month. For a single visit, we'll call to rebook, and the spa's terms are on the booking page.

Children and companions

Treatments are for guests 16 and over, and a guest under 18 comes with a parent or guardian. A friend or family member is welcome to wait in the front room.

Patch tests and allergies

The booking page asks about allergies and sensitivities to oils, products and fragrance, and your therapist asks again before you start. Tell us about anything that has bothered your skin before. We can tell you every ingredient we use.

If you're not happy

If a visit wasn't what you hoped, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never added to a bill or a plan. Leave one at the desk or when you pay online.

Using the thermal areas

Rhythm has no sauna, steam room or pool. The only heat is warm towels and, as an add-on, hot stones. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before adding hot stones. Tell your therapist if you feel dizzy or unwell.

Phones and quiet

Please keep phones on silent and out of the treatment rooms and the changing area, with no photos there. The front room is a quiet room; take calls at the desk or outside.

When to ask your doctor first

Ask your doctor before you book if you are pregnant, take a medicine that affects your skin, or have a health or skin condition you want checked first. We may suggest a doctor or a dermatologist when that is the better next step.
